Photos no longer rotate after JB?

I just noticed that in viewing photos in the photo app or from camera roll, it no longer rotates the photo based on orientation of the phone.

Anyone else duplicate or experience same?

Nope, not locked.

But strangely, they are working properly again.

Gremlins. I don't have this issue on either of my jb'd iphone 4s.
