Photos: Not all pics are syncd in iCloud

Hi everybody.

After activating iCloud library for the Photos app of my MacMini I have realised that not all my 16k pics have been uploaded to the Cloud and syncd in the other devices (iOS and OSX). The sysnc took several days but now is done on all devices. I still have 16k pics in my MacMini Photos library and only 15k on the iCloud and on all other devices.

Any advice?
