Photos not appearing in 'Recently Deleted'

Hi All

Sorry if this has already been covered elsewhere - in the new photos app, photos that I've recently deleted aren't showing up in the Recently Deleted folder. It was working fine yesterday. I've not updated / changed anything as far as I can recall.
Anyone else found this quirk?
