Hi..I am seriously struggling here..before I could quiet happily add in photos from iPhoto on my iMac desktop ( late 2009) and sync them to my phone.

Now I have upgraded to Sierra and I simply cannot sync from the photo app to my phone. I have tried to rebuild my photo library on my Mac but it still won't sync.

I have updated everything to latest versions and this is frankly annoying me as I'd like to have the photos on my Mac in my phone without messing around with clouds.

I have no idea if I have damaged the integrity of the photo app by dragging folders from 'iPhone events' folder within the photo app etc or what is going on. I have tried multiple cables from Mac to my iPhone.

My Mac is macOS Sierra V 10.12.6

and I am using an iPhone 6

This is really beginning to annoy and irritate me as I cannot sync any photos..music etc works fine.

All help sincerely appreciated.
