Photo's now showing in Camera Roll (4S)

So, for the past few days every picture I take, save, etc. is being "saved" as in I can see it in thumbnail on my camera app, but when I click it it brings me to a old picture. They're nowhere to be found. I know they're on the phone because I have 3.6GB of "Other."
It IS jailbreaked, but problem was happening way before Jailbreak was. I did at one point delete the photo files from Windows Explorer a few weeks back, but I don't think that would effect new photos being shown. Anyone wanna help me out? I'd really appreciate it.

Are you using the default camera app or one you downloaded from the app store?
