Photos OSX My Photostream not complete

Hi
I have taken around 60 Photos outside. When I came home (wifi) I immediately shared around 40 of them.

The 40 Photos are shared and all of them (60) are in My Photostream on my iPhone.

Now, I checked "My Photostream" in OSX Photos on the Mac and almost all of the 60 are missing (I waited half an hour and checked activity monitor which is not downloading anything).

Does OSX Photos not download photos to "My Photostream" if they are shared?
If so, why are they in "My Photostream" on my iPhone?
