Photos - Photos titles on the "All Photos" View

Hi,

Since updating to the various betas of Catalina, i can't seem to be able to display the photos custom titles under each photo on the main view :

i am able to toggle it on almost every other view , like in the album view :

Going into View > Metadata > titles doesn't seem to do anything in the "all photos " view.
is there anything i do wrong?
