PHOTOS problem

Ever since I upgraded my iPhone 3GS
To version 4.0, whenever I open
Photos App, I see the thumbnails
but they won't open when I dbl
click on them, and then the app
shuts down. Anyone else have this
problem and know a fix?

OK, so I single click, that's not the point.
The thumbnails don't open up like they used to, before I upgraded to v4.0
Ive rebooted and reset the iPhone, didn't work, and I attempted to restore, but it wouldn't restore to an earlier version.
