PHOTOS Question

Hey there, I have iCloud and have my Photos sync to my iCloud. I noticed that at the bottom of the PHOTOS list, that has the total number of photos and videos, that it says "Unable to Upload xxxx items"

Is there a way to figure out which ones or why this is the case? I have over 40,000 pics? Thanks
