Photos restore

Hi guys.

I was running iOS 9 beta through the summer and it got really, really buggy and sluggish.
I went to the Apple store and they replaced my 6+ all together.
I cannot restore from the backup as i had iOS 9.1 vs iOS 9 on my current one.

All my photos are backup to Dropbox, but I would rather get the photos from the backup back onto the phone somehow, if thats possible. Does anyone know of a way to do that?
