Photos Restored From iCloud

Hey all!
So, my ear piece has sort of stopped working, i can barely hear out of it anymore and always have to have it on speaker. I decided to restore my phone to see if that iCloud my pictures are all blurry and can not be sent through text message, palringo(says no the right format), viber, etc...
Have any of you had this problem? Is there a fix?
