Photos - sort by date

Hi!

I used iPhoto beforehand to sort photos to show up in a particular order on ATV (scans of of negatives / slides)
I named the photos in the order I wanted. Then in iPhoto I sorted the photos by name. Then I changed date / time with a start date / time and increasing by 1 minute / photo.
That procedure worked just fine to show the photos in the correct order on ATV.

Now with Photos this functionality seems to be gone - how do I sort my photos for ATV ?
