Photos stops syncing after sleep

Every time I wake my MBP from sleep I have to manually kill Photos Agent process for it to start syncing my photos again (using My Photo Stream). Every single time. It happened on El Capitan and is still happening on a clean install of High Sierra.

Anyone else experiencing this?
