Photos storage size larger on iPhone than iCloud

On my iPhone when I go to settings -> general -> iPhone Storage the photo section has approximately 100GB of data, however in iCloud there is only about 85Gb of photo data.

I am wondering is there a problem or does the iPhone store additional photo data that isn't uploaded to iCloud?

Both iCloud and iPhone show same amount of photos and videos.
