Photos Storing on External Cloud HD

Hi all,


Im looking to purchase an external dual cloud hard drive like this one (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/con...w3Wx7RoC0uXw_wcB&Q=&ap=y&m=Y&is=REG&A=details).

I want to store my all of my photos on this hard drive so all of my family members have access to it. Is this possible with Apple Photos? Or should I look into another application such as Lyve, Mylio, etc.?
