Prior to upgrading MacOS and iOS, I'd take a picture with my iPhone and within minutes it was available in Photos on my iMac.
After upgrading, that no longer happens, seems a reboot MIGHT sync things, but, not always (tried rebooting either or both the iPhone and iMac). The settings for Photos in iCloud are exactly the same on both devices (setup for full size copies on all devices as well as in iCloud, not optimized) as prior to the updates, and I have 32 GB free of my 50 GB iCloud storage.
Any idea of what's going on?
I just hooked the iPhone directly to the iMac, and it's suddenly trying to sync 1400 photos, which were synched already (had same number of photos on both devices and in iCloud).
How can I resolve this, or...is this another bug or (hope not) "working as designed"?
Thanks!
