Something has changed with my iPhone 3G setup. I take a lot of pictures with it and now for some reason the picture files on my computer are 360x270 instead of the 1600x1200 the phone is capable of. I know it didn't do this before, what's going on? Is there a setting to adjust this? Thanks.

It's the transfer software that is downscaling it. (Like emailing from the phone does, for instance) What method are you using to get the pictures off the phone? And what's your computer?

I'm using iTunes on a Macbook Pro and accessing the photo files directly. I just figured it out. If I open the Data folder I get 360x270 thumbnails but if I open the Originals folder I get the full size image. Is the Originals folder something new? I don't remember having to go there before.
