Using iphone 5s 16gb but i have only 27 pics inthe photos app, but it takes space of 3.4Gb both local and icloud storage ... pretty confused. any help much appreciated. thanks in advance

1)Itunes shows only 27 Pics but it uses space 3.4GB
2)Icloud shows backup space of 695.9mb but if you see below it occupies 3.4gb space
