Hi all,
Sonoma 14.2.1
iOS 17.4 Beta (also in public release of 17.4)
I Sync my Music, Info etc via iCloud, but manually manage the photos on my iPhone as I have lots of specific albums. I have an issue that comes and goes, but I've not done anything to rectify it-it seems to sort itself. When I've selected the albums that I want on my iPhone via Finder and hit Sync, it reads the library and Sync's across all the albums that I've selected. However, it doesn't Sync everything. For example, one album has 40 images in, but only 7 sync.
I've de-selected all albums in Finder and then Sync'd, restarted both the phone and the Mac, connected the phone, re-selected the albums, hit Sync-only for it to do the same again. There was a Sync issue in iOS 14.3, but the current Beta has resolved that. This issue has come and go over several years, but it's really frustrating.
Is there an index or Sync file somewhere that I could delete or remove that's recreated after a Sync is completed? Wondering if there might be a corrupt file somewhere!
TIA,
Dan
