I have an iPhone 4S and am about to set up a new iPhone 6

On my 4S, my photos are stored in a crazy number of folders - 324 folders to be exact...

it is kind of a pain when I connect my phone to my windows laptop and look for a particular photo in the DCIM folder, as there is no way to know which folder a photo is in...

Is there a way that when I set up my new phone, I can get all the photos into one folder?

Failing that.., can I have fewer folders?

If so how?

I was planning to just restore a backup to the new phone, but i think that will just give me the same directory structure, as that is what has happened when restoring to the same phone

perhaps there is a better way?
