When I take photos, with the setting 24 MP and format 16:9, I have a
black area at the top and right. See photos.
Does anyone else have this? I have already complained to Apple, but have not heard back yet.
The phenomenon occurs when the objects are quite close (no macro).
Talked to Apple on the phone earlier, the employee got on and saw the settings and photos,
then I uploaded the photos to Apple, and now the engineers at Apple are taking care of this phenomenon.
this phenomenon. Maybe it is a software or hardware bug.
A 16:9 and 24 MP gate? ;) A callback has been arranged.

Found the error! It is the artificial light that is on this computer, because when I go to my iMAC, with another artificial light, the problem does not exist. If I turn off the light on the computer, the photos are fine. If I turn the light on, the problem with the black area is back. With flash, the photos are also flawless. I wonder if it's the wavelength of the lights.
