Photos won't upload to photostream?

I've tried moving some pictures to Photo Stream with various amounts of luck. Some will add and show that they are in the process of uploading then appear. Some I will drag over to the PhotoStream menu bar text, I'll try hitting "share" then "photo stream" and I get no response. Any idea what's going on here?
