Hi !
I am writing a text on my Mac vs 10.10 Yosemite
and I would like to insert a picture from photos.
Neither copy/paste, neither drag is working.
How to do?

No, in Word

You will need to drag it out of Photos and drop to the Desktop first, then drag/import into Word. I don't believe you can drag and drop directly.

Here is another round about method.
1. Launch Photos app, select the picture you want to copy, then Edit>Copy.
2. Open the Preview app and select File>New from Clipboard, Edit>Select All, Edit>Copy.
3. Open your Word document and Edit>Paste.
