Photoshop 2023 -Win11 v Mac OS M2 Air

Hi
I only restarted running PS '23 via dell xps core 11 i5 -yesterday and experienced one complete crash.
Which inadvertently left my win 11 desktop as a screenshot of last photo shop state.

I'm trying to judge if my 8 mb ram could have been concern or maybe latest Adobe update.
Is Ps '23 generally going to prove more stable once my desired m2 512gb gold air becomes available in Curry's again.
Want to avoid +200 to goto Argos.

I don't recall seeing Adobe Crash report option.
Hopefully it does appear if required.
Windows

1. Open Start
2. Search for "Command Prompt" and launch it
3. Enter the following command:
   • REG ADD HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\CommonFiles\CRLog /v "Never Ask" /t REG_SZ /d 0
4. Press the Enter key
5. If asked “Value Never Ask exists, overwrite(Yes/No)?" choose Yes
