Photoshop Actions...

I am a total newb to Photoshop, and just found out that there are downloadable actions that can automate things? Does anyone have a suggestion for what site to go to to get cool actions? Thanks.

Here's a great site to start : ATNcentral.

You can do many, many things with photoshop actions! If there's a particular effect you're after, there's a good chance someone already posted an action for it.
