Photoshop - Adding Drop Down Menu???

Need help with doing this, or how to do this. The .psd file I have is just a 5 button menu and I need it to actually be 7 with 3 of them being a drop down. Any ideas if the .psd file is already sliced and coded how would I add this afterwords?

I am not sure how to do that in photoshop, however here is a great tutorial on how to make a drop down menu in dreamweaver:
