Photoshop and After Effects CS4 PROBLEMS on my macpro! help!

my mac: macpro 08 2.8, 2gb ram, 512 gt nvidia card

1) on photoshop appear some ugly purple colors around the pictures... a nvidia card problem? I dont know I dont think so, beacuse my nvidia works perfect in all other things of my mac.. see the attachment please!

2) after effects dont open! they try and go to close! I never can see it.

I running the Adobe CS4 Master collection TRIAL!

any help?
