photoshop and golive transfer pdf question

I was working on an promotional email using photoshop
but i wanted to transfer it to golive so that i can create the html codes and have hyperlinks on the email.

I am a newb to golive been using photoshop for like 1 year far from an expert
but i was wondering if this was possible.
