Photoshop and Time Machine

We just installed Time Machine in our office. Prior to this install, Photoshop was working wonderfully, now it locks up as soon as you open it. Interestingly, if you go back to the first Time Machine backup and restore Photoshop, it goes off without a hitch, until you restart. Once you restart - Photoshop goes back into lockup mode.

Any ideas?
