Bah, Photoshop CS had too many bugs coming out of the box in the first place and still has them (ex: double clicking a Photoshop file does nothing until you select an application other than Photoshop, layer options sometimes take too long to load). Photoshop CS can burn in hell as far as I'm concerned -- even though I'm not concerned as to how it burns, since I downgraded to Photoshop 7, which works much better.

I have to say, I'm sorry but I just don't see what all the dissin' on PS CS is all about. I'm a Graphics professional using OS X10.2.8 on a G4 and have been very pleased with PS. The "Version Cue" alone is worth it to our production staff and we have not seen any slowing down or bugs in particular to speak of. To be honest what they say about rotating bitmap images I don't understand. To rotate a bitmap image anything other than 90 or 180 degrees you need to first convert to grayscale, then rotate, then convert back to bitmap. I use a "action" script to perform such rotations after measuring with the ruler tool that info is stored in memory until its (the ruler tool) is used again. never seen file corruption from any functions in PS and we use all of it.
I will admit when using multiple layer effects combined with about 6 or 8 filter effects as well, a 300mb file is a bit sluggish to handle. but with only 768 mb of RAM what do I expect :D
