I made a graphic for video and I want to check my action safe lines, but they are no where to be found. Am i missing something? I'm using PS CS3 extended...

What you should be able to do is this: crate a new document - in the "Preset" pull-down menu choose one of the NTSC or PAL presets that is the closest match to your graphic. when you open it, you'll see guides that show you action and title safe. Make sure the resolution of your graphic and the field-safe document you just opened match, of course, as well as the pixel aspect ratio. From there, you can just use the guides to create a permanent go-to field-guide file.
