Photoshop CS3 Extended Application Ha Moved...Some settings need to be repaired!!!

Few days ago, I moved the Photoshop Icon "Out of the Dock", then I went to the application folder and drag the original one to dock, instead.

However, when I was trying to open the Photoshop, I always see the pop-up message as follow, then it asks for my password to proceed the repair.

Could someone advise how to resolve this kinda annoying thing.
