Photoshop CS3 Upgrade

Hi, I currently have CS3 Illustrator and Photoshop for my iMac,
how do I find the serial number on my computer? And how much would it cost to upgrade to CS4?

I bought the mac secondhand with this software already on it,
any help would be appreciated!

Simple answer about the serial number is: you can't.

Unless you've registered it with Adobe, only they can tell you your serial number if you forgot it.

unfortunately I wasn't supplied with the disks, but the seller told me the mac will come with this software!

Do I contact adobe?

If you didn't get the discs, there is something wrong.

Adobe probably won't be able to help, since it seems like he just sold you a pirated copy.
