I tried using Photoshop CS4's Rotate View Tool, but it says the tool only works with OpenGL enabled windows.

I'm using an iMac with an ATI Radeon HD 2400. Are there any settings I can change, or do I need an entirely different system?

The settings for that are under Preferences > Performance.

Look for the OpenGL settings. I don't know, however, if they'll be enabled on your video cards. I had them on on my Aluminium MacBook and it made photoshop tools laggier, so I disabled them.

Thanks for that, Menge. It works!

As I do drawing and painting in Ps, this was a feature I'd been looking forward to using.
