Photoshop CS5 black canvas glitch?

I just opened up photoshop today to start working on a project and I found this. It's not my canvas background color setting, because its still set at gray. You can see that the real canvas shows underneath of this strange black canvas. It doesn't even look like the black is part of the canvas, its like its a glitch and its covering up the canvas. Anyone know how to fix this? Photoshop CS5, Lion 10.7.1

I tried that and it didn't work. And the application frame option is grayed out on mine.
