I posted in another forum but no luck. Hope someone here can help.
I just installed CS5 and using MBP 17", 2.53 GHz i5 and 4 GB Ram, version 10.6.5. So the spec is more than sufficient to run CS5.
Image loaded into CS5 is jpg only about 5 MB. Not a very big file at all.
When I erase a mask with a brush, there is a noticeable lag (something like 1 to 2 sec) before the backgrd is erased. I didn't have this problem previously using CS3 on the same MAC.
I notice there are new settings for the brush on CS5 as compared to CS3. Is my setting of the brush wrong because maybe I set it to "delay" or something?
Someone told me try adjusting to 32 bit. I went to Get Info and didn't see any bit thing at all?
Thanks for help.
