I actually have no reason whatsoever to run Photoshop CS5 in 64bit mode, being that my machine is maxed out at 4GB ram and 64bit Photoshop main advantage is to be able to use all that ram over 4GB that some others do have. Otherwise, doing some performance testing myself, there is practically no speed advantage when manipulating images even though Photoshop itself seems to be "lighter" and more responsive.

Having said that and being that I already have some plugins in my collection updated for 64bit (like OnOne) the question is; Will it be OK to install 32bit version plugins in the same folder (Photoshop's plugin folder)? That way if I start Photoshop in 32bit mode all plugins will be available (32 & 64bit one's) and if I start in 64bit mode only 64bit plugins will be available...or do I need to separate plugin folders?

TIA
