I just noticed that my version of Photoshop is 64bit, and I could of sworn it was 32bit a while back when I was looking into it, and I also noticed under System Profiler that my display utilizes 32-bit color depth.

It is compatible but is this something I should be concerned with? Is there even a 32bit version that I should be running instead for better compliance?

There's no relationship between a 32 or 64 bit app and color depth, no need to be concerned.

Well, that's a relief - but if not, is there a way to know what bit my actual OS is? Does Mac OS X do that the same way Windows does?
