Photoshop Drawing

Hello,

so last night i installed SL and my new GTX 285, bottom line, when i try to draw in Photoshop now, i draw a straight line and it takes 3 seconds to draw it.. reminds me of MS Paint like 6 years ago, what do you think, OS issue or Video card?

Also, does the install DVD come with the latest GTX 285 Drivers, or is it the old version?
