Photoshop Elements 6

I'm considering buying Elements 6 but their system requirements indicate that 64 mb of vram are needed. My ibook G4 has only 32mb vram.
Will it still work?

I want to know if it require Activation or not.

I've read a few "first look" reviews and it looks like what I need. Of course, anyone using it is welcome to post their feedback for potential users.
