I am trying to use the red eye function in Photoshop elements v9 but it's not working at all...

This is what I am doing... Open PS Elements... Go to file - open... Select "photos" under media... Find a photo from my iPhoto library and open it.

I then select the red eye tool on the left menu bar, go to my eyes in the photo and highlight it with the tool. Nothing happens... The red eye doesn't go away. I tried adjusting the pupil size and darken amount but that doesn't change anything. I also tried clicking the auto button but it didn't make any adjustments.

Any ideas why this is not working? I can upload a copy of the photo if you want to see it, maybe there is something about the photo or the file that makes it not work? I took the photo on my iPhone 4 with the flash on, outdoors at night. ;)

Upload the photo and I will see if we can fix it.
