Photoshop Elements for Client USE:

I have a client who needs to do some basic image sizing, grabbing web hex colors, etc for the eCommerce tools we've developed for them. I figured they would have already have had photoshop, but they don't. Does anyone use Photoshop Elements? I'd like to get a better understanding of the program before I tell them to purchase it.

Elements pretty much does most of the things regular Photoshop does that regular people would use. Also maybe you client can look to see if something like Gimp will work.
