I was given a progect and I just wondered to use computer technology to make it wonderful, so I want to know how to make the image light so that I can add text on the image and make it look good on the image and also how to add and change the format of text!

Have you looked for Photoshop tutorials regarding text and effects?

There are many out there.


For you use, you can use layers, and maybe make the image less opaque or put a white layer on top of the image, and adjust its opacity to your needs.

Text can be added via the Text tool (T), and can be adjusted to any font you have installed and almost any size and ......

Take a look at the manual/help of PS, it will give you some insight, as there are many ways to achieve one image.
