Photoshop on my old mac

I have a mid 2007 Macbook (white). Core 2 Duo processor, 3gb ram, 10.6.8.

Can I run photoshop? For everything else i do, my old ass mac works great. Just as well as when I bought it. Don't really wanna upgrade unless I really have too as I am broke right now.

What do you think? Is it even worth it?

Yup. I have the entire CS 5.5 installed on my even older MacBook and it all runs fine. Maybe not the most ideal performance if you do some real serious editing with a bunch of projects open, but it's more than fine working on a thing or three.
