Just need some advice.

Im about to buy cs5 and I was wondering what I can do with my cs4 software. Can I sell it? What are my options?
 
Are you buying the full version of CS5? If so, you could sell the CS4.

If you are buying an upgrade then you need to keep the prior versions(s) since you'll need that license to use the upgrade.
