Photoshop - realistic looking duct tape

Can someone please draw a realistic looking duct tape on my mouth? I've been looking for tutorials for doing that, but I thought they're unrealistic. So can someone please do so? Here's the picture of me.

Can't u take a picture of duct tape on ur mouth then erase surroundings and scale over other picture?

That picture doesn't look too hard to recreate. Take it again with duct tape over your mouth.

Why not just put the duct tape over your mouth and take a photo. Probably a lot less work and more realistic than photoshop.

Or just go to a place were they sell ductape, you know ....outside of the house ?
