Photostream and shared streams not working from ios 7 to any other ios?

Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? I share a photostream using ios 7 and my ipad running ios 6 won't show the stream, nor will it show any photos I've taken that are in the stream on my iphone with ios 7. Anyone?
