Been having a couple of problems with my 4s for quite a while now. First off, certain photos don't seem to upload to photostream. Out of say 300 photos, a block of 50 or so will be missed out and i'll have to plug the device in to import them,
Secondly the usage section shows that there's 67.9mb in my photo stream - yet theres no photos on my device at this current time!
I've tried hard resets, soft resets turning photostream on/off but nothing seems to solve this. Took the phone to Apple when I was in New York and the Genius said to wait for iOS 6 and that should sort it. However it didn't! And being in Surrey UK, his option of taking it back to him if it didn't work isn't practical! Theres not an Apple store too local to me here either, although if there really is no way round this I guess I can make a special trip.
