photostream not starting

no cars, only boats
i'm close to bangng my head on the wall.

photostream is activated in iPhone and iPad. but when i take a photo nothing happens. the photo is placed in camera-roll and not in photostream.

must be something obvious, but i cannot see it !

please, anyone?
