iPhone Photostream videos not playing

I have started to add videos to the Photostream in iOS 7 (renamed shared iCloud), my 'people' can see the imagine/thumbnail of the video appear in their Activity list, but when they hit play they just get the circle spinning around.
I have asked them to share video and I get the same issue, can see the imagine of the video but it won't play.
Any ideas?

Same problem here, videos won't play when shared on and of the devices we try.
3 iPhones and 2 iPads and none play the videos, thumbnails show but seems to be stuck on loading.

Had this happen with one video. I removed it, then reloaded it.
Works now.
